- Product is produced, done outwork, assembled, imported by LTC and distributed in Vietnam market by LTC or its wholesalers.
- Product is within warranty period in accordance with warranty period regulations.
- Model name on Warranty card, Purchase invoice (VAT Invoice of the Ministry of Finance), Smart Warranty (SW) system must be coincident with this one on the product.
- Defect on product caused by mistake of producer.
- Product including label, model number, serial number needed to be original.
- Promotion Gifts (LTC Brand).
- Product is not in scope of Rejection of Warranty.
