- Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster, e.g. fire, flood, lightning, musty, eroded or oxidized by chemical, transportation, insect or animal income…
- Wrong voltage was applied to product which are not followed by instruction stipulated in the owner’s manual supplied by LTC.
- Product was installed/ placed at dusty, humid position, product is defected by liquid or water inside.
- Defect caused by End User’s mistake or outside impact, temperature impact: dropped, deformed, broken…
- Defect caused by wrong using, installation, maintenance.
- The Product is altered, modified and repaired by a party not authorized by LTC
- Product is out of warranty period.
- Product is neither produced, done outwork, assembled, nor imported by LTC and not distributed in Vietnam market by LTC or its wholesalers.
