STANDARD WARRANTY SERVICES
1. REMOTE SUPPORTING SERVICE
To request remote supporting service, customer is recommended to call to LTC Customer Information Center below:

SUPPORTING SERVICE IN LTC:
- Supply product explanation, troubleshooting guide, using guide.
- Receive warranty claims, repair reports
- Supply information regarding warranty, LTC product, promotion…
- Consult via Email/Chat.

For products, in case customer brings to Shop/Dealer, that Shop/Dealer need to provide full & exact customer information (customer’s name, address, Tel no., POP or warranty card (if any).
2. CARRY-IN SERVICE
To get carry-in service, customer is requested to call to Customer Service Center 0936 102 075 or bring products to LTC service centers. Warranty card is required.
3. OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE
Out-of-warranty service is applied for the products that already out of warranty or in scope of rejection.
All expenses related to out-of-warranty repairing such as labor, used parts, transportation, auxiliary ones (if any) bear by Customer.
Any products, which is not distributed by LTC, can be rejected for any type of service due to lack of spare part or technical problem.
